Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The Godfather Giveaway will run on Park London's Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/park_london_official/).
2. The Giveaway start and end times will be provided and viewable on the Giveaway Instagram post.
3. The giveaway is open to all citizens of the UK and Republic of Ireland 16 years of age and over, (Those under 16 years of age must be able to provide the consent of a parent or guardian or be accompanied by a parent or guardian if requested as detailed below) and it's associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, or anyone connected with this Giveaway including Push Entertainment Ltd. and their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents. 
4. No purchase is necessary. An eligible entrant must be an individual resident in the UK or Republic of Ireland and must have been tagged in a comment on Park London's Instagram post.
5. The winners of the Giveaway will be randomly selected from the Instagram post's comments by the marketing team. Winners will be chosen and contacted if all giveaway terms have been met.
6. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant's ability to participate in the Giveaway.
7. The Promoter reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these General Rules and the Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these General Rules. Any amendments will be published on Park London's Website.
8. The winner/s will receive the named prize from Park London's website or Instagram account. The items will be sent out to the addresses provided and shipping will be covered.
9. All prize winners will be contacted via Instagram within 24 hours of the end of the Giveaway. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winners during this time. If the winners cannot be contacted before this time on the Instagram handle supplied by the entrant with their entry, The Promoter reserves the right to select another entrant.
10. No cash or prize alternative will be offered.
11. The judges' decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
12. There is no cash or other alternative to the prizes stated and the prizes are not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
13. Uses of personal data received by The Promoter in the course of the Giveaway are subject to the privacy policy found on the Website. The winners names may be published on the Website, and/or their @instagram handles may be referenced on the @park_london_official Instagram account.
14. By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all of these General Rules, the Terms and Conditions and the Security and Privacy Policy that govern the Website.
15. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Giveaway (including altering prizes) if, in our sole discretion, a Giveaway is not capable of being conducted as specified.
16. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
17. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
18. The Promoter of this Giveaway is PARK AGENCIES LTD a company registered in England and Wales.
19. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
